Welcome to STD/AIDS Counseling and Training Service

STI/AIDS Counseling and Training Service (SACTS) is a non-profit non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 1993 by a group of professionals. It offers professional training, counseling and research related with HIV, STI and similar problem. It is also committed in community based targeted interventions for the control of STD/AIDS and carries out information, education and communications (IEC) activities.

SACTS is actively engaged in service and research activity in prevention of HIV/AIDS and training programme for health personals and social workers. SACTS has a core of group of people with many years of experience in conducting research related to HIV/AIDS. SACTS has previous experience of behavioral study, sero prevalence study and working with people living with HIV/AIDS.
